Amazing seafood-centric experience all around, but the selection of dry-aged fish is one notch above everything else.
I ate some excellent fish cooked in a masterly manner. The photos of the dishes speak for themselves. Dining on the terrace is a pleasant experience. There is greenery, the right light and music in the background. Excellent service, professional, kind and prepared guys. They welcomed us with a welcome entrée, crackers and homemade breadsticks accompanied by oil. Coffee is served with small sweets.
I was invited to this restaurant, I am very curious to eat dishes that rediscover tastes.
The restaurant has attention to detail, nothing to chance I would say, the welcome with 4 exquisite tastings, as regards the dishes presented very well but not for my personal taste. , they were too elaborate, the flavor of the fish should not be covered but enhanced.
I felt very uncomfortable when they poured me the champagne, not everyone likes it so I prefer to serve myself.
Conclusion, a nice experience I would look at the menu to make it simpler by enhancing the raw material, I am also aware that it is a different type of cuisine, but even a slightly more "generous" quantity wouldn't hurt 🫶🏻

Difficult to find fresher and better fish in Parma. Professional service. For the treatment I would call it starry not starry. Care in the choice of raw materials and in the presentation of the dishes. Fair price to eat fish. A place to come back to.
